Quality Management Systems
- Development, integration and implementation of one or more management systems to international standards, including: ISO 9001:2008-Quality Management Systems (QMS); ISO/TS 16949:2009-Automotive Industry QMS; ISO 13485-2003-Medical Device Industry QMS; ISO IWA-1-Healthcare Industry QMS; and ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- 100% success rating, in helping organizations achieves ISO certification to international management system standards in their first registration attempt.
- Post support services include; performance and management of the internal audit function, the corrective and preventive action system (CAPA), and the continual improvement program.

Lean Sigma

- Six Sigma is a systematic approach that focuses on the bottom line via the elimination of defects and variation. Implementation of a Lean process improvement event, yields an average total cost recovery in <120 days, netting a 3:1 annual ROI.
- Lean-Sigma Greenbelt Training is a five-day training event, which teaches, Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints tools, facilitation and change management skills and hands-on project implementation.
- Statistical Process Control training helps organizations determine if processes are stable and capable; and when/how to experiment with processes to rapidly improve performance.

Fundamentals of Project Management:
• We provide experienced and non-experienced project managers with the knowledge and understanding required to manage projects in a manner that will result in successful completion and meet or exceed all objective criteria for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Primary project focus is on project management process, project leadership, schedule development, and standardization of documents and best practices.
• After completing this 3-day course, students will be able to:
